Flat Screens

GTEC designs and supplies Flatscreen to power plants wanting to protect the investment in SCR system. GTEC's engineer designed a system with comparable low pressure drop. Due to the impact of the flue gas flow, the selected screen material and the arrangement of the screen a significant self cleaning effect takes place. This caused us to omit any rapping or other cleaning device.

As a result we offer a reliable and long lasting solution for Large Particle Ash problems, which otherwise cause damage to the catalysts and require frequent replacement.
