Biogas Consulting

GTEC is familiar with biogas plants for some years. We saw that quite a lot of biogas plants are not operated economical.Mainly there are two reasons:
  • the plant had not been sufficiently designed
  • the plant is not operated optimal, due to lack of training and manuals.

Quite often the investment does not pay off sufficiently. Qualified consulting pays off with the maximum possible biogas yield. Unfortunately biogas is a big market and some see easily earned money, they offer very cheap plants promising yiels which are impossible because such mass production do not consider local conditions and substrate (biomass feed). This seemingly low investment and waiver of qualified consultancywill return investment (if ever) only on very long terms due to low biogas yields.
